Many of our assignments focus on clients' need to plan logistics capacity and resource to meet the future requirements of their supply chains.
The strengths we bring to this area of work include: data visualisation including mapping, analysis and making fact-based assumption, and logistics modelling. We've invested in specialised software to enable us to do this quickly and effectively, but we often also build tailored models in Excel so that they can be easily understood and subsequently used by the client.
Our models allow the implications of assumptions to be explored and ensure that the results are robust, enabling what-ifs, sensitivity analysis and identification of breakpoints: at what point would you make a different decision?
We've recently updated our case studies, which include a number of assignments in this area of work.
