The strengths we bring to this are very similar to those we use in strategic planning: data visualisation including mapping, analysis and making fact-based assumption, and logistics modelling.
Again, we've invested in specialised software to enable us to do this quickly and effectively, and we often also build tailored models in Excel so that they can be easily understood and subsequently used by the client. These models allow the implications of assumptions to be explored and ensure that the results are robust, enabling what-ifs, sensitivity analysis and identification of breakpoints.
